We are supporting a private equity-backed business in the search for an Interim Regional Finance Director / CFO to lead a $50m revenue division. This is a key leadership role, partnering closely with Managing Directors to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to regional Managing Directors
• Provide strong commercial insight to support growth and profitability
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensure robust financial controls and compliance across the division
• Deliver clear and actionable financial reporting to stakeholders
• Support value creation initiatives in a private equity environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or CFO, ideally in a PE-backed environment
• Strong technical accounting expertise combined with commercial acumen
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior operational leaders
• Experience managing finance teams and driving performance
• Hands-on, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in an interim capacity
