They manage client relationships, drive growth, and often handle site execution which is an experienced role. Key Responsibilities
- 3D Visualization & Design: Create photorealistic 3D models, renderings, and floor plans to showcase design concepts to clients.
- Business Development: Generate leads, pitch to prospective clients, and drive company revenue through sales, often in the luxury residential or commercial sectors.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build long-term relationships, understand client requirements, and provide tailored design solutions to ensure project approval.
- Project Management & Sales: Bridge the gap between design and execution, managing project timelines and site coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar 3D modelling tools.
- Sales & Negotiation: Experience in B2B or B2C sales, particularly within the construction or interior design industry.
- Design Knowledge: Ability to create technical drawings and space plans.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for client presentations and negotiation.
