Interior and fit-out Drafter / Detailing / Draftsman

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Drafter located in the Riyadh Region. The Interior Fit-out Drafter will be responsible for creating architectural and interior detailed drawings, and developing shop drawings for fit-out projects. The role involves collaborating with interior designers and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements and client needs, and refining drafts for accuracy and compliance with building codes and standards.

NOTE: 2 - 3 years minimum experience

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior detail drawings.
• Experience in Large and mid-scale Interior design projects
• Ability to develop detailed Shop Drawings
• Attention to details
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in CAD software, BIM modeling other drafting tools ( AUTOCAD, 3DMAX, REVIT)
• The Applicant will be using : AUTOCAD for 2D drafting, 3DMAX for design reference, REVIT for BIM modeling and model references.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month
