Interior Architect / Designer

Role and Responsibility

• Conceptualize, develop, and present innovative interior design concepts for commercial spaces, including offices, retail, and hospitality environments.
• Prepare mood boards, presentations, space planning layouts, and high-quality 2D/3D design visualizations.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, budget limitations, and brand identity.
• Develop detailed production drawings and construction documentation for execution by contractors and vendors, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to align with the design vision and project goals.
• Manage and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and maintain design integrity during execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Stay updated on current industry trends, materials, and best practices in commercial interior design.
• Submit a Project Lessons Learned report after project completion to document key insights and areas for improvement.
