Interior Architect (UAE experienced)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, producing technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project execution from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and project briefs
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and presentation packages
• Produce detailed architectural drawings (layouts, sections, elevations, joinery details)
• Coordinate with external consultants (MEP, structural, authorities, etc.)
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.)
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers
• Support client meetings and presentations when required
• Review shop drawings and material submittals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture / Architecture / Interior Design
• 3–6 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of design standards, materials, and construction methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar)
• Familiarity with authority approvals in Dubai is a strong advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Knowledge of FF&E selection and sourcing
