We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to lead the operations of our Interior Design company. The role involves managing the team, monitoring projects, handling clients, and driving sales growth. Must have knowledge of AutoCAD , BOQ, Space Planning, Customer Coordination, Site Supervisor Coordination, Material Knowledge. if you’ve got a keen eye for design and always have your finger on the pulse of industry trends, then we want to hear from you. The Interior Designer will be part of a collaborative team of Engineers, Architects and Design Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:-

Branch Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations
  • Coordinate with Designers, Supervisors, Site Executives, and Sales Team
  • Ensure smooth workflows and processes
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Sales & Business Development:

  • Generate new leads and convert them into clients
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Achieve branch sales targets
  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives

Project Monitoring:

  • Monitor site work progress daily
  • Coordinate material procurement and vendor follow-ups
  • Ensure timelines, quality control, and budget monitoring
  • Resolve on-site and design issues quickly

Team Management:

  • Hire, train, and evaluate team performance
  • Motivate and guide the team
  • Handle conflicts professionally
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and site reporting

Client Interaction:

  • Explain design solutions and cost estimates to clients
  • Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and approvals
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution

Compliance & Administration:

  • Manage billing, collections, and payment follow-ups
  • Implement company policies at the branch
  • Handle vendor management and negotiations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Interior/Construction/Home Décor industry (preferred)
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Target-driven and sales-oriented mindset
  • Minimum 3–8 years of experience

Expected Start Date: 07/012/2025

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹1,440,000.00 per year
