Interior Designer / Site Supervisor (3ds Max & Corona Renderer)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with strong site supervision and carpentry knowledge, who is highly skilled in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer for producing high-quality, realistic interior visualizations.

This role requires a balance between design, execution, and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Create interior design concepts and photorealistic 3D renders using 3ds Max & Corona Renderer

• Prepare mood boards, finishes, and material selections

• Supervise interior fit-out works on site

• Manage carpentry/joinery works (kitchens, wardrobes, custom furniture)

• Review and prepare shop drawings and material submissions

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and carpentry factories

• Take accurate site measurements

• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications

• Prepare snag lists and follow up until closure

• Monitor project timelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in interior design and site supervision

• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max

• Advanced experience with Corona Renderer

• Solid understanding of carpentry and joinery works

• Experience with residential and/or commercial fit-out projects

• Ability to read and review shop drawings

• Good English communication skills

• UAE experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Kitchen and wardrobe systems knowledge

• Ability to work independently on site

• UAE driving license is an advantage
