Role Overview

We are currently seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Gurugram office.

The ideal candidate should be able to think conceptually, design practically, and execute flawlessly. As an Interior Designer at Sai Interior Group, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and delivering exceptional design solutions across residential and commercial projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth design execution and a superior client experience — from initial concept to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Develop space planning layouts and architectural concepts aligned with client requirements and lifestyle needs.

Create detailed construction and working drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.

Conceptualize and present design proposals, mood boards, and material boards to clients

Select and source FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) in line with design intent, quality standards, and budgets.

Manage client interactions, understand briefs, present design concepts, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Handle client meetings, design presentations, feedback incorporation, and approval processes professionally.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, site supervisors, and consultants for seamless project execution.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, maintain design integrity, and resolve on-site issues.

Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, material libraries, and design records.

Stay updated with evolving design trends, materials, finishes, and innovations in the .interior design industry

Qualifications & Skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

1–3 years of professional experience in residential or commercial interior design.

(Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or equivalent design software.

Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material selection.

Experience in preparing and reviewing construction and working drawings.

Practical knowledge of site execution and coordination with contractors and vendors.

Strong client management and presentation skills with a professional, solution-oriented approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail, creativity, and passion for design excellence.

Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations efficiently.
