Interior design, admin, and assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Admin/Assistant professional for an Interior Firm. This role combines an interest and familiarity with interior design so as to better able to conduct administrative support and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills , excellent computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects including remodeling, renovation, interior design and construction while supporting daily office operations.

Responsibilities

Assisting with ordering,purchasing, data entry, tracking orders & coordination of projects.

A knowledge of bookkeeping is a plus.

Presentation skills a plus !( I.e. Canva, Sketchup, or any 3d program)

Experience with design organizational software is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
