We have been creatively helping Consumers, Builders and Developers with envisioning Creative, Unique & Distinctive Interior Designs since 1994. We offering extensive selections and outstanding products & services, including: New Construction & Remodeling, furniture & accessories, carpet, tile, wood, natural stone, counter tops, decorative window coverings, lighting, area rugs, fabrics, paint, wall paper and more.

*We are looking for:

*A high energy, very organized, personable and computer savvy Interior Design Assistant - Administrative/ Project Manager . To say that you need to be a multi-tasker is an understatement! We are a fast-paced environment, where you will have a wide scope of responsibilities and every day will bring something new and challenging.

The ideal candidate will be experienced & strong in their mathematical / bookkeeping/ Autocad and Interior Design skills and interested in building a career in an established Interior Design business.

We're looking for someone who is creative, but also good with numbers and someone who has a keen eye for detail. Your customer service skills should be top notch and you should thrive on working with a variety of people and circumstances. You will be handling products at times/Inventories etc and expected to follow through professionally and effectively.

Strong Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCad is a must please! Sales and marketing experience? That's a plus!!

If the idea of managing multiple projects with multiple deadlines excites you, and doesn't scare you, and you are able to shift directions easily throughout the day you might be the one we are looking for.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, working with Client's Projects and organizing details through Excel daily, contracts, orders, direct sales, market research, scheduling, AutoCad, power point presentations and computer research. Research for Design projects for furniture, fabric, tile, etc - all decorative elements for a designing a home. Updating inventory in showroom. The ideal candidate has an eye and talent for color & design and is passionate about Interior Design.

Please note in addition to all the professional duties, we also want someone willing to pitch in with the daily tasks such as running errands, picking up lunch daily, upkeep of the showroom, taking out the trash, recycling, and assistance to the owner. etc.

We pride ourselves on being a smoke-free environment.

This is a full-time position, Mon -Fri 9:30 am -6:30 pm . ( available if needed on weekends) with the possibility of later hours being sometimes required, as well as possible out of town travel (for trade shows). Starting base salary is $720.00 +- $840.00 + per week plus comp hours (depending on design degree and experience) plus commissions if you want to get involved in marketing and sales. New client business.

Ability to Relocate:

  • Wilmington, NC 28403: Relocate before starting work (Required)
