Interior Design Assistant

1. Client Consultation:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Offer design advice and recommendations.

2. Space Planning:

• Create efficient and functional floor plans.
• Ensure good flow and accessibility in the space.

3. Design Development:

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and sketches.
• Use design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) to create visualizations.

4. Furniture & Material Selection:

• Choose furniture, lighting, and materials based on style and functionality.
• Source items from suppliers.

5. Budgeting & Cost Estimation:

• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions.

6. Project Coordination:

• Oversee installation and construction processes.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

7. Technical Drawings:

• Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.

8. Client Presentation & Feedback:

• Present design ideas and revisions to clients.
• Incorporate client feedback into final designs.

9. Quality Control:

• Inspect the site to ensure design accuracy.
• Address any issues during installation.

10. Post-Installation:

• Offer maintenance or updates as needed.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
