Interior Design - Assistant Project Manager (Mid-Level) / Junior Project Manager

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Project Manager (Mid-Level) or Junior Project Manager to join our interior design firm based in Miami Beach. You will work on high-end, primarily residential projects, supporting the team in conception phases, design, and drawing plans. This is a dynamic position requiring versatility, autonomy, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and coordination of interior design projects
• Participate in project development from concept to completion
• Prepare detailed design documentation using AutoCAD and SketchUp to translate concepts into actionable plans

Profile Requirements

• Fluent in English and/or Spanish
• Autonomous, rigorous, and adaptable
• Creative with a proactive mindset and strong ability to take initiative
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory)
• Proven experience in interior design project management or a related role with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
