As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly skilled CAD Drafter & 3D Rendering Specialist to help bring our concepts to life through precise technical drawings and elevated visual presentations.

Role Overview
This role is ideal for a technically strong, design-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the demands of high-end residential projects. You’ll play a key role in translating design vision into detailed documentation and client-ready visuals—leveraging both traditional tools and modern AI technology to produce efficient, high-quality renderings.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed millwork drawings (kitchens, built-ins, vanities, etc.)
• Develop reflected ceiling plans (RCPs)
• Create furniture layouts and space plans
• Draft interior elevations and full construction sets
• Generate 3D renderings using AI tools to deliver polished, realistic visuals quickly
• Assist in creating compelling client presentations
• Collaborate closely with the principal designer using redlines, markups, and feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Miami Beach-based or nearby (required; must be available for in-person meetings/site visits)
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD
• Strong experience producing detailed millwork and construction documentation
• Ability to interpret design direction and translate it into accurate technical drawings and renderings
• Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for rendering and workflow efficiency
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with interior design industry standards
• Experience working with boutique or luxury design firms
• Knowledge of lighting plans and finish schedules

Compensation

• Competitive freelance / project-based rate (based on experience)
