Interior Design & Client Care Specialist

We are a prominent manufacturer of school and office furniture based in Southern California, spearheading the advancement of 21st-century learning environments for school districts and providing premium modular office furniture and paneling systems renowned for their quality and innovation along the West Coast.

We are seeking an Interior Design & Client Care Specialist to assist customers with furniture layouts, drawing packages, detailed quotes, and client support. Eventually, this person will be granted more responsibilities. Applicants to be proficient in CAD, Revit, basic design, Microsoft Office, Adobe and possess a degree or certificate for interior design. Skills in Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop are a necessity for marketing projects.

This is a full-time, in-office position only. We are not considering applicants interested in remote work or those currently enrolled in school.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Space plan and design services
• Client support and assistance
• Generating customer quotes
• Collaborating with sales team & management
• Occasional job walks
• Catalog and marketing design
• File and maintain all project documents (hard and soft copies)
• Daily use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe

• Marketing & catalog design skills mandatory – Canva, InDesign, Photoshop

Job Information

• Location: Santa Fe Springs
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:45am – 4:30pm
• Salary: $55,000-$60,000 per year
• Benefits: Health Insurance
• This is for a full-time job, graduates only please.
• We take most federal holidays off and scheduled vacations (~4 weeks per year)
• Potential to grow is unlimited
• This is a hands-on position – no remote work

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
