• About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and client-facing Interior Designer (Sales + Design) to join our team. This role combines creative design skills with sales expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing compelling design proposals, estimating project costs, and converting leads into clients. You will be the front face for all design-related client interactions and must exhibit confidence, professionalism, and great communication skills.
• Key Responsibilities: ·• Prepare customized design proposals for pitch meetings, aligning with client preferences and project scope. ·• Create accurate project estimates based on approved design proposals. ·• Engage in client negotiations and drive project closures. ·• Act as the lead representative in client design meetings, ensuring a strong and confident presence. ·• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless design and execution. ·• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Requirements:·• Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field. ·• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and client-facing sales roles. ·• Proficient in preparing design proposals, estimates, and client presentations. ·• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. ·• Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance. ·• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value projects. ·• Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and execution processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
