About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Interior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent communication skills, and a knack for client interaction and sales conversion. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and provide interior solutions that align with their needs and aesthetic preferences.
• Prepare and present design concepts and proposals using AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and other design tools.
• Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure project deliverables are aligned with client expectations.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide exceptional post-sales service.
• Drive project discussions from concept to closure with confidence and clarity.
• Convert client leads into confirmed projects through persuasive communication and hard sales skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and new design tools.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as an Interior Consultant within the interior design industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and other relevant design and presentation tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, design techniques, and current interior design trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and close sales effectively while maintaining professionalism and client trust.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹52,364.07 per month
