Three Peak Construction is a premium construction and remodeling company. We build high-end projects, work with high-expectation clients, and care deeply about doing things the right way.

We are hiring an Interior Design Consultant who will play an important role in both design and sales.

This person will help guide potential clients through the early stages of our customer journey. A General Contractor will handle the first on-site visit, gather dimensions, understand the project, and begin the conversation about entering our design-build process.

From there, we want a designer who can step in and help move the relationship forward.

You will meet prospective clients on-site, share ideas and suggestions, help them begin to see what is possible, and make them feel confident about moving forward with a formal design agreement. Your job is not just to have good taste. Your job is to help create trust, excitement, and momentum.

This role has a real impact on customer experience, sales, and acquisition. For the right person, it can grow into a larger leadership role over time.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in residential design, interior design, remodeling, drafting, or a related field
• Strong design sense and the ability to think practically, not just creatively
• Comfortable meeting clients onsite and guiding conversations in person
• Someone who can build trust and help people move toward a decision
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Organized, proactive, and easy to work with
• Experience with residential remodels or custom homes is strongly preferred

What You’ll Do

• Meet prospective clients onsite after the initial contractor visit
• Give design ideas, suggestions, and early direction that helps clients envision the project
• Help guide homeowners into our formal design-build process
• Support the sales journey by making clients feel understood, inspired, and confident
• Assist with layouts, finishes, fixtures, materials, and design direction
• Work with leadership to keep design aligned with budget, scope, and client goals
• Help create a polished, high-end experience from first impression to signed agreement

Typical Day

You might spend the morning at a home in Park City walking through a potential remodel with a client who has a vague vision, a Pinterest board, and no clue what things cost.

Your job is to help bring clarity to the conversation.

You ask smart questions, make practical suggestions, help them picture what the home could become, and build confidence in both the design direction and our team. Later, you may meet with leadership in the office, refine concepts, discuss selections, or help prepare for the next guided design visit.
