Interior Design Lead (Client & Vendor Relations)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Interior Design & Project Manager who can combine exceptional design expertise with strong stakeholder management skills. This role involves conceptualizing and executing interior design projects, managing customer relationships, onboarding and coordinating vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative interior design concepts and present proposals to clients.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Source, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective and quality solutions.
• Plan, schedule, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed at every stage.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and resource allocation for each project.
• Provide regular updates and reports to company leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in interior design and project management.
• Strong understanding of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle clients and vendors.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
• Experience in vendor onboarding and stakeholder management is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
