About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to promote our interior design services. The role involves creating blogs, editing videos, engaging on digital platforms, and directly interacting with potential clients to generate quality leads. Compensation is provided on a percentage basis after successful lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and publish engaging blogs and articles on interior design trends and projects.
• Edit and produce promotional videos for the website and social media.
• Plan and manage digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
• Interact with potential clients, answer queries, and build strong relationships.
• Generate and follow up on leads until conversion.
• Coordinate with management to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or video editing (interior design industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
• Proficiency in video editing and basic design tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing.
• Self-driven, creative, and result-oriented.

Compensation:

• Commission-based role.
• Earn a percentage of project value after successful lead conversion.
