Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Arlington Heights, IL, for an Interior Designer specializing in the hospitality and hotel sector. The Interior Designer will lead and execute space planning, concept development, selection of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), and ensure designs align with project and brand standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and participating in all phases of the design process to deliver functional and stylish interiors that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design principles to create innovative and functional layouts
• Knowledge of Furniture and FF&E selection to source and recommend high-quality elements that align with design specifications
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp) is preferred
• Relevant experience in hospitality design is highly desirable
