Job Title: Project Manager (Multifamily Housing/Residential Remodel)
Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, procurement, and execution of interior design projects for multifamily/ residential developments. This role manages all phases of the building process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Coordinate projects from concept through completion for multifamily developments (apartments, condos, mixed-use properties) and residential remodels
- Develop project schedules, estimates, and scope of work
- Coordinate with architects, developers, contractors, and designers
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays
- Work with THR team on direction, including space planning, finishes, and material selections
Construction Administration
- Collaborate with construction project managers during construction and installation phases
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed properly
- Work closely with subcontractors on budgets and timelines
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards (e.g., ADA), and safety regulations
- Maintain quality control across all project deliverables
Qualifications
- A 2-year associate's degree is required
- 3+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on multifamily or residential projects
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in reading construction documents, estimating software, Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
Work Environment
- Combination of office and on-site visits to construction locations
- Some travel is required
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
