Interior Design Sales Associate

Company Overview

Aqualeena Trading and Services specializes in luxury planters and premium artificial greenery for high-end commercial and residential projects. We are seeking a design-oriented Sales Associate who can combine technical sales skills with a creative eye to provide bespoke greenery solutions for our B2B partners in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Account Development: Take ownership of existing B2B accounts and proactively build relationships with new Interior Designers, Architects, and Property Developers.
  • Design Consultation: Conduct on-site visits to analyze client spaces (offices, hotels, luxury villas) and provide expert recommendations on the selection and placement of planters and artificial plants.
  • Proposal & Rendering: Develop professional project proposals, including 2D/3D renders or visual mock-ups, to demonstrate how our products will enhance the client’s interior design.
  • Project Presentation: Deliver high-quality design presentations to clients, explaining the aesthetic and functional benefits of our specific greenery solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the full cycle from site measurement and quotation to consistent follow-ups and final closing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure the visual assets used in proposals align with Aqualeena’s luxury brand standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 – 4 years in Interior Design, B2B Sales, or a related field (e.g., Furniture or Luxury Fit-out).
  • Technical Skills: * Ability to read floor plans and understand interior spatial layouts.
  • Experience with Rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max) or AI-driven design tools to create project visualizations.
  • The "Eye": A deep understanding of color theory, texture, and plant-to-pot scaling.
  • Sales Drive: A "closer" mentality with the ability to manage multiple high-value B2B projects simultaneously.
  • Location: Based in Qatar with a valid Driver’s License.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: Saturday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break).
  • Base Salary: 4,000 – 6,000 QAR (Based on experience).
  • Commission Structure:
  • 1% on sales from existing B2B accounts.
  • 1.5% on leads referred through company social media/marketing.
  • 2% on new accounts acquired through proactive cold-calling and approaching.
