Job Summary
Brandster Design Center seeking an energetic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our showroom, providing expert guidance and personalized service to clients exploring high-end products.

• Outdoor Furniture
• Outdoor Kitchens
• Grills & BBQ

Experience in sales, design, and outdoor living will help customers find the perfect solutions for their projects.

Compensation: Salary + Commission + Bonus + Benefits (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the showroom, understanding product options, and making informed decisions
• Engage in inside sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
• Assist with basic interior design.
• Maintain showroom and pricing to ensure quality shopping experience.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or inside sales environments with a focus on high-end products.
• General knowledge of interior design, and/or decorating.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Basic math skills for retail math.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
