Interior Design & Sales Consultant

Job Overview

We are hiring an Interior Design & Sales Consultant with experience working with Emirati customers. The role includes interior design consultation for majlis and other residential spaces, customer home and site visits, and guiding clients through furniture and design decisions using a consultative, non-pressured sales approach. You will work closely with the 3D Designer to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in the showroom, at customer homes, and on project sites
• Understand client needs, lifestyle, and design preferences
• Design majlis and other interior living spaces
• Collaborate with the 3D Designer to develop and present design concepts
• Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements
• Recommend furniture, fabrics, colors, finishes, and layouts
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Guide customers to make decisions without pressure to buy
• Close sales through trust and professional consultation
• Coordinate with production, factory, and delivery teams
• Ensure high customer satisfaction from start to finish

Requirements

• Experience working with Emirati customers
• Arabic speaker (required)
• Female candidate preferred
• Knowledge of Emirati furniture styles and interiors
• Understanding of Emirati taste and lifestyle
• Experience in interior design and customer-facing sales
• Willingness to visit customer homes and project sites
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organized and professional attitude

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
