Interior Design Sales Consultant (High-End Residential Remodeling)

Mr. Kitchen is a high-end residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, custom built-ins, and full-home renovations. We work with detail-oriented clients and deliver a structured, professional experience from initial consultation through project completion.

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and professional Interior Design Sales Consultant to guide clients through the design and sales process for residential remodeling projects.

This role combines design, client experience, and sales. You will meet with clients, understand their vision, present solutions, and guide them toward making confident decisions on their project.

You will play a key role in turning leads into signed projects while ensuring a smooth and organized client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations & Sales

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, style, and project goals
  • Present design ideas, materials, and layout solutions
  • Guide clients through the decision-making process
  • Prepare and present proposals and estimates
  • Follow up consistently to move clients toward closing

Design & Selections

  • Assist clients with selections such as cabinetry, countertops, finishes, and layouts
  • Work closely with the design and drafting team to develop project concepts
  • Ensure selections align with budget, scope, and feasibility

Lead Management

  • Follow up with incoming leads quickly and professionally
  • Track all client interactions and maintain organized notes
  • Schedule consultations and manage your pipeline

Project Handoff

  • Ensure all project details, selections, and notes are complete before handing off to production
  • Set clear expectations with clients regarding timeline and next steps

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sales ability (confidence in closing is important)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once
  • Interest or experience in interior design, remodeling, or construction

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in kitchen & bath, remodeling, or interior design sales
  • Familiarity with design tools (2020, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience working with high-end clients or custom projects

Compensation

  • Base + commission structure
  • High earning potential based on performance

Additional Notes
This is a performance-driven role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, follows up consistently, and takes ownership of their pipeline.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
