Interior Design & Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a creative, organized, and business-minded Interior Design & Sales Coordinator to join our team in Pollok. You will be the bridge between our clients' dreams and the finished product. This isn't just about picking paint colors—it’s about consulting with clients to understand their lifestyle, drafting detailed interior proposals, and managing the vendor relationships that bring those designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss interior layouts, finishes, and functional needs for their new barndominium or remodel.
Proposal Development: Create comprehensive project proposals and estimates based on client selections (flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, lighting, etc.).
Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and subcontractors. Negotiate pricing, track orders, and ensure materials meet our quality standards.
Design Coordination: Assist in the selection of materials that balance with the client's budget.
Project Liaison: Work to ensure the interior vision is executed accurately on-site and stays within the projected timeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in residential construction, interior design, or construction sales.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. Experience with design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) or construction estimating software is a major plus.
Organization: High attention to detail; you’ll be managing multiple client files and vendor lead times simultaneously.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the East Texas market and residential building trends is a plus.
