Interior Design Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (Interior Design) to oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors, ensuring quality standards, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site interior design works, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Monitor site progress and provide daily/weekly reports to the project manager.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time and match the required specifications.
• Identify and resolve any site issues or conflicts in a timely manner.
• Ensure health & safety compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the execution aligns with client vision and design intent.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in interior site supervision or interior fit-out projects.
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design layouts.
• Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel to different project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
