Interior Designer

We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role combines creative design expertise with project management skills to deliver exceptional apartment interiors for holiday homes and private residences.

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Planning
- Create comprehensive interior design concepts and space planning solutions
- Develop detailed apartment layouts optimized for short-term rental (holiday homes) and residential living
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and presentations
- Select furniture, finishes, and decorative elements that align with project budgets and timelines

Project Management & Procurement
- Take full ownership of apartment launch process from contract signing with property owner to final handover
- Manage complete project lifecycle from design concept to final installation
-Personally source and purchase furniture, fixtures, and materials from local Dubai suppliers and stores
- Handle all procurement activities including price negotiations, quality verification, and purchase coordination
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of all items to project sites
- Oversee installation teams and contractors to ensure work meets design specifications and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues
-Complete project handover - for holiday homes: transfer to booking department; for residential: final delivery to owners

Essential Requirements:
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in interior design and project coordination
- Proven track record in residential design projects and furniture procurement
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in apartment/residential design

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design software and 3D visualization tools
- Knowledge of space planning principles and building codes
-Strong procurement skillswith experience in furniture and materials sourcing
-Familiarity with Dubai's retail market and local suppliers/stores
- Hands-on project coordination experience with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Language & Communication
- Fluent English(written and spoken) - Essential requirement
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and take full project ownership

Legal Requirements
-Valid UAE Driving License- Mandatory
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with holiday home/short-term rental interior design
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and local suppliers
- Familiarity with smart home technology integration
- Additional language skills (Russian, Philippines, Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages)
- Professional certifications in interior design or project management

Experience with Dubai's retail market and furniture procurement is highly valued.
