Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 3D visualization, detailed drawings, and joinery detailing. You will be responsible for developing innovative interior design concepts, preparing technical drawings, and producing high-quality 3D presentations that align with client requirements and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present creative interior design concepts for commercial projects.

Prepare detailed 2D drawings, construction documents, and joinery detailing for execution.

Create 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation.

Source materials, finishes, and furniture while maintaining design quality and budget.

Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with precision.

Requirements:

Interior Design/Architecture or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design with a strong technical background.

Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, LUMION and Adobe Suite.

Strong knowledge of joinery detailing and construction drawings.

Excellent visualization and presentation skills.

Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in , corporate, or hospitality projects.

Ability to handle site coordination and execution.
