About Us:
We are a well-established boutique Interior Design Studio specializing in luxury hospitality and high-end residential spaces. As we expand, we are looking for a talented, technically proficient, and highly creative Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to our exciting new projects.

Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Interior Designer with 6+ years of professional experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality design. The ideal candidate will bring a refined design sensibility, strong technical expertise, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to project delivery. As a senior member of our team, you will play a leadership role in concept development, design execution, consultant coordination, and client engagement, seeing projects through from ideation to final installation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment but can also take initiative and ownership of projects, mentor junior designers, and elevate the studio’s design output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept through to completion across multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects.
• Develop and present creative, layered design narratives to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and review detailed design documentation including drawing sets, FF&E specifications, material schedules, and custom millwork packages.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to design intent.
• Manage construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, site visits, punch lists, and issue resolution.
• Maintain and ensure quality control across all project phases—upholding the studio’s commitment to excellence in both design and technical delivery.
• Mentor and guide intermediate and junior designers, providing support, feedback, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of built work in luxury residential and/or hospitality sectors.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong technical knowledge of interior construction, millwork detailing, cabinetry, and FF&E integration.
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams across all phases of design and construction.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role, with a professional demeanor and ability to present confidently.
• Must have the ability to travel internationally for on-site project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
