Job descriptionBluEnt Architecture and Interior Studio has an immediate opportunity for an Experienced Interior Designer specializing in shop drawings for stone and tiling within hospitality, commercial, and high-end residential projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive designer with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The selected candidate will collaborate with our clients Project Managers to establish design direction and complete shop drawings and other drafted documents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the development of shop drawings for tile installation in various projects
- Coordinate with the client's design, technical, and engineering teams for design and installation solutions.
- Develop detailed drawing sets, including floor plans, elevations, details, schedules, and quantities.
- Ensure continuity and consistency of deliverables while meeting project schedules and deadlines.
- Review and verify drawings for accuracy and completeness before release.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience designing hospitality, retail, office, residential, and commercial projects, including high-end restaurants.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in shop drawings for stone and tilingfloor & wall tiling, kitchen countertops, reception desks, backsplashes, stairs, and landscape features.
- Strong understanding of materials and finishes (wood, laminate, metal, plastics, fabric, stone, tiles, solid surfaces) and their interfacing, transitioning, and termination details.
- Skills & Attributes:
