Position : Interior Designer

Qualification: · Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.

• Personable professional with excellent communication & creative thinking skills.
• Experience in high end luxury residential projects.
• In-depth knowledge & understanding of basic principles of space planning.
• AutoCAD proficiency is a must.

Experience: 5+ years of relevant Interior Design experience.

Job location: Sultanpur Delhi

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Working and coordinating with clients to design or renovate spaces to meet their standards.
• Researching, developing and presenting design concepts & solutions while enhancing the function, safety and aesthetics of interior spaces.
• Conceptualizing material boards including finishes and soft furnishings, choosing colour palettes, selecting furniture, material, décor and finishes while keeping in mind interior genres/ styles and within the assigned project budgets.
• Drawing up floor plans and sketches (CAD) to create drawings, Photoshop rendering et al.
• Supervising decoration of room including drapes and artwork.
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
• Following up with clients to ensure design specifications have been met.
• Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline on-going design projects
• The candidate should be comfortable travelling to outstation sites, as per project requirements.
