Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited university.

Minimum 7 years of professional experience in interior design for residential, commercial, or administrative projects.

Proficiency in design and visualization software:

AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion.

Strong experience in preparing working and shop drawings.

Excellent ability to develop concept designs and presentation boards.

Solid knowledge of finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and color coordination.

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver creative interior design concepts from idea to execution.

Prepare design presentations and working drawings aligned with client requirements and project budgets.

Coordinate closely with other engineering disciplines (Architecture, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical).

Supervise design implementation and ensure design quality on site.

Participate in technical meetings and workshops related to project design.

Prepare material schedules and assist in design-related procurement coordination.

Personal Skills:

Creativity and high attention to detail.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent organizational and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.

Familiarity with local design standards (Salmani Style, Riyadh Municipality Guidelines).

Experience in hospitality or governmental projects is a strong advantage.
