A leading Interior Designer company with over 10 years of experience into Interior Designing and Painting, who are dedicated to creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect clients' personalities and lifestyles and believe in a holistic approach to design, integrating aesthetics, function, and sustainability, is looking an energetic, young, creative and versatile Interior Designer who can bring our clients' visions to life while also playing a key role in our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, skilled in social media management, and effective in client communication and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements, functional needs, and design aspirations through detailed discussions and site assessments.
• Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and mood boards aligned with client expectations and company standards.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and material boards for client presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of approved designs.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and material specifications.
• Oversee the progress of site execution to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to design timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work, resolve design challenges, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Liaise with vendors, fabricators, and suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Maintain an updated library of materials, catalogues, and samples for reference and project use.
• Present design proposals and modifications clearly and confidently to clients.
• Maintain transparent and regular communication regarding project progress, timelines, and budget updates.
• Handle client feedback professionally and ensure final delivery meets expectations.
• Maintain detailed project documentation — including drawings, estimates, approvals, and change orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
