Interior Designer

• Design and planning: Visualize and sketch design plans based on client needs, create mood boards and presentations, and perform space planning.

• Client and vendor coordination: Communicate with clients to understand their vision and work with contractors and suppliers to execute the design.
• Project management: Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), estimate costs, and ensure the project aligns with design specifications, budget, and timelines.
• Technical and documentation: Draw, read, and edit blueprints and maintain detailed records of projects.

Required skills and qualifications

• Technical skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3ds Max, and V-Ray.
• Creative and artistic skills: Strong creativity, visualization, and an eye for color, lighting, and aesthetics.
