Interior Designer

Job Description

• Experience in Residential & Commercial projects.
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Highly motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Source and select furniture, lighting fixtures, accessories, and other elements that align with the design concept and meet the client's budget and specifications
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
• Modular Furniture Design (Material knowledge and Drawing Preparation). Production Drawing
• Prepare Shop Drawings, Rendering , Corporate office drawings including MEP part
• Must be able to meet the Clients for various meetings during the course of the project
• Research capability for materials
• Research capability of market rates
• Handling all of Vendors and Clients
• Handling MEP, HAVC, Electirical, fire fighting, furniture, ducting, etc....

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design / architecture or a related field
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Project Management.
• Understand Client's requirement
• Design as per client expectation and satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
