Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development from concept through to execution for projects (residential, commercial, hospitality, turnkey).

• Prepare conceptual sketches, mood-boards, 2D plans, elevations, sections; produce 3D renderings/visualisations.

• Space planning: optimize layout for functionality, aesthetics, flow, light, ventilation.

• Material selection: finishes, furnishings, lighting, fixtures, textiles; ensure materiality aligns with design concept and budget.

• Prepare detailed working drawings, specification documents, and schedules.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, furniture / fixture / lighting vendors, and other consultants.

• Site supervision: periodically visit project sites to ensure design intent is being followed, quality control, and resolution of field issues.

• Prepare cost estimates, help in procurement, and track budget adherence.

• Keep up with industry trends, new materials, sustainability practices, and design innovations.

• Occasionally assist in mentoring/junior designers or interns, reviewing their work to ensure high quality.

• Participate in client presentations, site meetings, and project coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
