About the Role:
The Interior Designer will collaborate with our design and technology teams to bring modern, functional, and visually stunning spaces to life. This role bridges aesthetics and technology — ideal for someone who loves both great design and smart solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in keeping the showrooms fresh, stylish, and up to date.
• Maintain and organize all furniture lines, sample libraries, and vendor updates.
• Create design plans and presentations using CAD, SketchUp, or similar digital tools.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and personalities across departments and clients.
• Learn and integrate Lutron lighting and shading systems into designs.
• Incorporate acoustic considerations into project planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Digital design skills are a must — proficiency in CAD and SketchUp (3D modeling).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of lighting design is a strong bonus.
• A willingness to learn about acoustics and technology integration.
• Professional appearance and client-facing confidence.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance creativity with practicality.
