Position: Junior Architect

Location: Ulall, Vishveshwaraiah layout 5th block, 100 ft.road, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-time(on site)

Experience : 1 - 3 Years

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. You’ll work alongside senior architect, engineers, and designers to assist in planning, designing, and executing residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations
• Contribute to the development of floor plans, elevations, and interior layouts
• Support site visits and collaborate on client briefs and feasibility studies
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams
• Research materials, design trends, and construction techniques
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Maintain project documentation and assist with tender packages

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)
• Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong visualization and conceptual thinking skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of sustainable and cost-effective design practices is a plus
• 1 - 3 Years of experience are welcome to apply
