Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and showcase your creativity in designing interiors for various spaces.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
• Develop design concepts that align with clients' vision and requirements
• Create detailed interior design plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selection, and decorative elements
• Utilize software such as 3ds Max, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhinoceros 3D for design visualization
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and incorporate innovative ideas into projects
• 1. Work on project management
• 2. Work on visiting sites to carry out supervision of work
• 3. Work on coordinating with vendors and other consultants
• 4. Work on making working drawings, shop drawings, conceptual presentations and 3D representations

Skills

• Proficiency in interior design principles and practices
• Strong knowledge of software tools like 3ds Max, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhinoceros 3D
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Experience in lighting sales, contract negotiation, budgeting, and project management is a plus
• Proficient in BOQ making
