Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to translate their vision into extraordinary interiors.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute projects spanning residential and commercial spaces.
• Collaborate with builders and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of design plans, including periodic site visits.
• Work with Design Assistants in preparing detailed proposals, managing schedules, and coordinating deliveries.
• Stay abreast of design trends, particularly in contemporary and modern aesthetics, ensuring fresh and relevant solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with developers, builders and realtors.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in high-end residential design, including new construction and remodeling.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of styles, with an emphasis on contemporary and modern designs.
• Proficiency in 3D design software (Chief Architect, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) preferred.
• Established relationships with developers and builders are a plus.
• Experience in commercial interior design is advantageous but not required.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
