Interior Designer

Design & Concept Development:

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations based on client briefs.
• Create detailed space plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Select appropriate materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, and décor in line with design intent and budget.
• Present design ideas and mood boards to clients for approval.

Project Execution & Coordination:

• Prepare detailed drawings and design specifications for execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and quality during implementation.
• Conduct site visits to review progress and resolve any design-related issues.
• Ensure all designs comply with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Client Relations & Communication:

• Attend client meetings to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Incorporate client feedback and make necessary design revisions.

Documentation & Administration:

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material lists, and cost estimates.
• Maintain organized project documentation and design archives.
• Support in preparing proposals and design presentations for new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
• Strong proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent sense of design, color, and detail.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
