Job Summary
Join our vibrant boutique team in Baltimore, MD! This part-time position (3-4 days a week) is centered around design, sales, and exceptional service.

The primary focus of the role is to collaborate with customers on design projects of all sizes, successfully closing sales, while also supporting daily store operations.

We're looking for a go-getter who loves boutique retail, is comfortable working in a team environment, thrives in sales, and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for customers (and teammates alike). Join us!

Responsibilities

  • Experience in home decorating and design, particularly in a retail shop preferred
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, communication, and tech skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities
  • Appreciates a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree or similar preferred
  • Reports to Store Manager
