Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts using tools such as 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and Adobe software.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to visualize design ideas.
• Apply knowledge of color theory and lighting design to enhance the overall aesthetic of spaces.
• Manage project timelines and budgets while coordinating with contractors and vendors during renovations.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative solutions.
• Prepare presentations for clients showcasing design concepts and project proposals.

Experience

• Proven experience in interior design or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in design software including 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting design, and spatial planning.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with contract negotiations and working with contractors during renovation projects is a plus.
• A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
