✅ Good communication skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred)

✅ Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.

✅ Creative, active, and willing to learn

✅ Ability to handle multiple tasks and take initiative

✅ Willing to travel for site visits
