Job Title: Junior Designer Location: RA Puram, Chennai Industry: Interior Design

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Designer to join our team, with a primary focus on producing high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, and photorealistic renders. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, and AutoCAD, and eager to develop their technical and design skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work closely with architects, interior design firms, and clients to translate concepts into clear, accurate visual outputs that support project development from early design through final presentation. You will assist in preparing design proposals, refining digital models, and generating detailed drawings that meet project standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create detailed 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and visual renderings using SketchUp and Enscape.
• Support project teams in preparing design presentations and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to refine design

intent.

• Assist in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all visual outputs.
• Maintain organized project files and contribute to efficient workflow management.

PERFORMANCE REPORTING:

• Report regularly on progress, challenges, and new opportunities to the

management.

REQUIRED SKILL SETS:

• Excellent communication, good presentation skills & problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of design principles, materials, and finishes.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D modelling software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, etc.) • Ability to create detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentation packages.
• Strong visualisation and conceptual design abilities.
• Managing design timelines, site visits, progress checks & on-site supervision.
• Ability to present design concepts to clients & stakeholders.
• Trend awareness & ability to create innovative design solutions.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors in Architecture

• Bachelors in Design

• Bachelors in Interior Design

• Diploma in Interior Design

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

• Monthly salary will be 17,500 rupees onwards
• Site allowances will be provided as per actuals.
• One paid leave every month.
• Working time is 10AM – 7PM from Monday to Saturday.
