Job Title: Interior Designer Specialist

Graphic Shaala is a premium creative design studio specializing in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and corporate office interiors. We deliver complete turnkey interior solutions to external paying clients — from concept to final handover. We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated full-time Interior Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• take measurements, and understand project brief
• Space planning and furniture layout design
• Prepare detailed 2D working drawings (Auto-CAD)
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and colour schemes
• Create photo-realistic 3D visualizations and walkthrough animations
• Design lighting, false ceilings, electrical & plumbing layouts
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, furnishings, and décor items
• Prepare detailed BOQ, cost estimates, and vendor quotations
• Supervise on-site execution and ensure quality & timeline adherence
• Handle revisions and client feedback until final handover
• Maintain project documentation and photographs (before/during/after)

Required Software & Tools

• AutoCAD (2D & 3D) – Mandatory
• SketchUp + V-Ray / Lumion – Mandatory
• 3ds Max + Corona or V-Ray (for luxury projects)
• Revit (added advantage)
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (presentations and material boards)
• Microsoft Excel (BOQ & costing)
• Hand sketching and quick perspective drawing

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Fluency in Hindi and English (written and verbal).
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in executed residential and commercial projects
• Strong portfolio with minimum 5–6 fully completed and handed-over projects (before-after photos mandatory)
• Proven experience in luxury residences, villas, cafes, restaurants, salons, clinics, or boutique offices is highly preferred
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills

Note: As an early-stage startup, we’re looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and willing to work diligently with limited resources.
