JOB DESCRIPTION – INTERIOR DESIGNER

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Kasna, Greater Noida

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can conceptualize, design, and execute interior projects for residential, commercial, or institutional spaces. The candidate should have strong visualization skills, design creativity, and the ability to handle client requirements professionally.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Design & Concept Development

• Create innovative interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
• Develop detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D models using design software.
• Select colour palettes, materials, furnishings, and finishes.

2. Client Interaction

• Understand client needs, preferences, and project objectives.
• Present design ideas and revisions to clients for approval.
• Provide expert design suggestions and solutions.

3. Project Planning & Execution

• Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for timely execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.

4. Material & Vendor Coordination

• Identify suppliers for materials, furniture, and décor items.
• Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective purchases within budget.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain quality checks.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project reports, layouts, budgets, and timelines.
• Prepare design revisions and maintain client communication logs.
• Ensure all project documentation is updated and properly filed.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong creativity, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of materials, furnishings, and industry trends.

Proven experience in commercial interior design projects is a must

Preferred Traits:

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Time management and site coordination experience.
