Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join Designs by Sonam and Neha. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial projects, strong design sensibility, and the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetic design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop design concepts, space planning, and mood boards
✅ Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using design software
✅ Assist in material selection, color schemes, and finishes
✅ Participate in client meetings, presentations, and revisions
✅ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and execution teams
✅ Prepare BOQs, costing estimates, and project documentation
✅ Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
✅ Stay updated with current trends in interior design and architecture

Required Skills

⭐ Proficiency in software such as:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit (any)
• Photoshop / Illustrator
• MS Office

⭐ Strong understanding of:

• Design principles
• Space utilization
• Lighting layouts
• Material knowledge
• Furniture and décor styles

⭐ Additional strengths:

• Creativity and visual imagination
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in teams

Preferred Experience

✔ Completed internship in interior design or architectural studio
✔ Portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects
✔ Site supervision exposure is a plus
