  • Monitor project timeline, cost & budget (material costs, FF&E, furnishing, finishes etc.), and manage resources to deliver projects on time without compromising quality.
  • Present design proposals and final design packages to clients, handle client feedback, and revise designs as required to meet client needs.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Experience in 3D modelling, renderings, visualisations (walkthroughs, photorealistic renders).
  • Knowledge of sustainable design / green building / integrated design approach (services like lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and coordination with MEP consultants).
  • Experience dealing with FF&E procurement, vendor coordination, sourcing furniture/materials, and overseeing installation.
  • Good understanding of construction process, building codes, structural and services coordination (so that interiors integrate smoothly with architecture).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, deliver under pressure, coordinate teams/consultants, and act as point-of-contact for clients or project manager in absence.
